Disodium edta

Disodium EDTA is a chelating agent used to stabilize cosmetic products. This agent is an anti oxidant ingredient because it takes the metals off the cosmetics. It's very usefull to prevent smell and coloring changes, oxidation and reduceness of the cleasing power of shampoos and soaps. Although a lot of opinions, EDTA is not considred a toxic ingredient, and it does not harm skin or hair. It's actually vegan and synthetically made.
